In 2022, the customer had a procurement plan and came to China to purchase machinery. However, they initially didn't collaborate with us. In the first half of 2023, the customer received the machinery only to discover that it didn't meet specifications. The promised performance by the seller was unattainable , rendering normal production impossible. After numerous negotiations, the supplier failed to offer satisfactory solutions, causing prolonged delays and leaving the customer unresolved.

To expedite the resolution, the customer turned to us. As one of China's earliest packaging machinery manufacturers, we possessed trusted technical capabilities and a strong reputation. Following initial discussions, the customer directly flew from Korea to our company, bringing samples. After successful testing, the customer was impressed with the machine's performance. We also worked to mitigate the issues with their original machinery, minimizing their losses.

Due to their prior setback, the customer remained apprehensive about post-sales service. To address this concern, we crafted a detailed quality assurance agreement. This formalized all obligations and responsibilities, providing both buyer and seller clarity on our commitments. Ultimately, our sincerity convinced the customer, and they signed a contract with us.
