China's first three camera positioning system and independent box positioning system, combined with the robot to take the box, is currently advanced and high-precision positioning technology.
It employs PLC, photoelectric detector system, hydraulic retifying system, HMI to automatically finish feeding and gluing paper, conveying cardboard, forming and gluing four angles of cardboard, positioning and forming box in one time, instead of manual production, greatly improving the production effciency and quality of rigid boxes.

1) Full automatic feeder of paper.
2) Hot melt adhesive automatic circulation, mixing and gluing system (glue viscosity system can be selected).
3) The hot melt adhesive tape automatic conveying and sitting device can complete the corner pasting of the cardboard inner box at one time.
4) The original cardboard stacking and conveying device can realize non-stop conveying and ensure the high-speed operation of the machine.
5) A vacuum suction fan is arranged below the conveyor belt to control the glued paper without relative deviation.
6) A single carton can be positioned independently, improving the speed and accuracy of positioning the carton and the face paper.
7) The adhesive coated paper and cardboard inner box are positioned by Yamaha YAMAHA robot image, which can accurately position and fit with an accuracy of±0. 1mm.
8) The carton forming section automatically collects the carton to the forming section according to the carton conveying condition above the conveyor belt.
9) The continuous operation of the carton forming section includes box feeding, edging, ear folding and paper edge folding.
10) Servo controlled carton forming pressure can effectively eliminate bubbles and improve product quality.
11) The whole machine adopts PLC control and touch screen human-machine interface to realize the automatic production process of one-time carton forming.
12) Automatic fault diagnosis alarm function.
13) The new molding machine can store and retrieve parameter settings, automatically complete machine adjustment, and realize rapid mold change.
